How does the contract term work?
MethodisAI runs on a 3-month minimum term, then rolls over month-to-month after that. The minimum term covers the upfront build and onboarding work. After the initial term, either party can end the agreement with 30 days written notice. We also include a Call Guarantee: if the AI misses any call in the first 4 weeks, you're eligible for a full setup fee refund.
