3. Account Registration

To use our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

5. Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected service plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as specified in your service agreement.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and direct debit. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees due.

Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 14 days, contact us to discuss a potential refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by MethodisAI and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

You retain ownership of your business data. By using our services, you grant us a license to process, store, and analyze your data as necessary to provide our services.

8. AI Services Disclaimer

Our AI-powered services are designed to assist with business operations but are not a replacement for human judgment. You acknowledge that:

• AI systems may occasionally make errors or misunderstand context
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated communications before they affect customer relationships
• We continuously improve our AI, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
• You should have human oversight for critical business decisions

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with reasonable notice)
• Third-party service interruptions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Your internet connection or equipment issues

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MethodisAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Business interruption
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MethodisAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you transmit through our services

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through our services. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
